Product Manager:

As the responsible person for a range of products, you will be the market’s representative in the factory.

Do you have the right balance of attributes?

Your communications skills and assertive, self confident approach will enable you to champion market needs. You will be called upon to manage the performance of your products and work in teams to convert customer needs into growth through new products.

Clarity of thought, analytical skills and education to degree level in an appropriate discipline (or equivalent proven experience) will enable you to manage the sometimes complex issues which arise.

A customer focused approach is essential and you will ideally have some experience in selling or marketing an engineering product in a business to business environment.
